Auf einen Kaffee mit Lisa Aenis (HR und Talent Managerin, ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg)

Why did you start at the ATLANTIC Hotel Heidelberg?
LA: Because I want to be part of a new opening. I've been following the project on the construction site for a long time (1.5 years in total) and when I found out that it was going to be an ATLANTIC Hotel, I knew I wanted to start there.

How do you feel about the current phase before the opening?
LA: Exciting and a bit chaotic in a positive way.

What exciting things have you experienced on the construction site?
LA: Every time you walk across the construction site, you see something new. For example, walls that you didn't know were coming.

LA: Hotel high-rise

What does your current workplace look like?
LA: My current workplace is a construction container with lots of materials and samples for the future hotel.

Did you also work in the hotel industry before your current job?
LA: Yes, I did a dual study program in the hotel industry. Afterwards I was an F&B assistant and assistant to the management.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
LA: Seeing the team grow and making sure it grows. It's nice to find people who fit together and can and want to work well together.

What word would your colleagues use to describe you?
LA: Helpful

Were you born in Heidelberg or where do you have your roots?
LA: Yes, I was born in Heidelberg.

Do you have a leisure tip for Heidelberg?
