Training and development
We promise: Two guaranteed professional or personal trainings per year for all employees.
An updated and needs-based training catalogue is published every six months with a wide range of offers. There are also à la carte training options to support individual development.
Managers can qualify for the group-wide development programme ‘grow with ATLANTIC Hotels’ in order to be supported within a special framework.
The ‘grow with ATLANTIC Hotels apprentices edition’ supports the personal development of all apprentices over and above their professional training.
