About 70 people work in the affectionately named "Head Office" of the ATLANTIC Hotels Group. This is where the administrative needs – such as Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Financial Accounting, Room Reservations, Central Services and others – for the hotel group are brought together. We take great pleasure in promoting cooperation within the Group, creating Group standards and ensuring that they are adhered to. The variety of days, the responsibility for more than 20 hotels, the hands-on culture and the strong team spirit make us an attractive employer.

Training and development
We promise: Two guaranteed professional or personal trainings per year for all employees.
In addition, an updated, needs-based training catalog is published every six months with a wide range of offerings. A la carte training courses are also available to support individual development.
Managers can qualify for the group-wide development program "grow with ATLANTIC Hotels" in order to be promoted within a special framework.
